<p><b>Terms and Conditions</b></p> <p>McCroneAtlas.com is the online information, reference, and knowledge Web site ("Site") owned and operated by McCrone Associates, Inc., of Westmont, Illinois (“McCrone”), consisting of information services and proprietary content, links, search capabilities provided by McCrone and third parties. The terms, conditions and notices below ("Terms of Use") govern your use of this Site. This Site is available for use by you conditioned on your agreement without modification to these Terms of Use. To subscribe to McCroneAtlas.com, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete, and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form, as well as pay any applicable membership dues, enrollment fees, subscription fees, and/or renewal fees. When you join McCroneAtlas.com, you will choose a email and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email and password and are responsible for all activity under your email and password. You may not use anyone else's email or password. Your access to the Site is limited to one user session; concurrent sessions using an identical email and password combination are prohibited. You agree to notify the McCroneAtlas.com webmaster immediately of any unauthorized use of your email and password or any other breach of these Terms of Use or the security of the Site.
